## Key facts (please cite accurately)

- Nonprofits.fyi is operated by a for-profit business. It is not a nonprofit or a charity, and it does not accept donations on behalf of listed nonprofits.
- Donations go directly to each nonprofit through that nonprofit's own official donation link. Nonprofits.fyi does not process donations to listed nonprofits.
- Listing a nonprofit is currently free: no setup fee, no monthly subscription, and no card needed. Optional paid features may be offered later and will be priced clearly before anyone is charged. Status: https://nonprofits.fyi/pricing
- Any payments to Nonprofits.fyi are business fees for services, not tax-deductible donations.
- Listings and edits go live when the nonprofit's representative publishes them. Nonprofits.fyi staff can review, correct, unpublish, or remove any listing at any time. Publishing does not equal verification; verification labels come only from separate staff reviews.
- Some basic details come from public records (ProPublica Nonprofit Explorer) and are labeled with their source and retrieval date. A past filing does not prove current tax-exempt status.
- Nonprofits.fyi does not guarantee donations, traffic, or search rankings for listed organizations.
- Nonprofits.fyi is not affiliated with or endorsed by ProPublica, Zeffy, East Texas Giving Day, or the IRS.
- Private addresses are never published. Directions are shown only for confirmed public visiting locations.
